Key Account Management Role

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Zenopa. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and working with key accounts, expanding and maintaining relationships with OEM and reseller customers, and fostering partnerships that lead to revenue and growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Drive revenue and profit growth by identifying market trends and potential risks to influence clients
* Manage a handful of key strategic accounts, including internal liaison with business development, procurement, design, and marketing teams for best outcomes
* Prepare customer reports and maintain customer relationships
* Prepare and present internal budgets and reports

**Requirements:**

* Business and commercial acumen with experience managing accounts within the science industry
* At least 3 years of account management experience
* Ability to communicate internally with BD, procurement, technical support, order processing, and production for best outcomes
