Job Summary
The Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join its Business Support Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Birmingham Safeguarding Children Partnership and its Executive Group and Sub-Group structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain accurate records and confidential information
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with some time spent working in the office and some working from home
- Touch typing/Word Processing qualification or equivalent is desirable
