Position Overview

Role: Senior Manager, Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager in Project Management to oversee significant construction initiatives. This role demands extensive expertise in Civil Engineering, particularly in Reinforced Concrete and Steel Structures.

Contract Details

Type: Permanent, Full-time - Flexible hybrid working options available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources effectively, including personnel, finances, and physical assets, to ensure project completion is achieved safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction while enhancing gross profit margins.
  • Oversee financial monitoring and contract supervision, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards as per Kier's Operating Framework.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in P6, ensuring they meet the necessary detail for operational teams and comply with contractual obligations.
Qualifications

A relevant qualification such as a Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree is essential. Candidates should possess significant experience managing high-value projects from pre-construction through to delivery.

Leadership and Team Management

Demonstrated ability to define project requirements and motivate teams to achieve desired outcomes in terms of quality, cost, and timelines.
