Job Title: Advancement Information Manager
Location: Central London
Type: Permanent
Salary: £40-45k plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director, focusing on resource management, plant, procurement, office-related logistics, health and safety, training, and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead interface for internal and external document control systems.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored and up-to-date on the internal document control system.
- Upload relevant documentation to the client's document control system, maintaining organized and tidy folders.
- Create and maintain a document tracker for all documents submitted to the Client/Principal Contractor.
- File permits, HAV's, Scaffold, Excavation, and Temporary Works inspections on the internal document control system.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tier one contractor in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and will play a key role in the project team.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in document control, resource management, and administrative support. They will be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.
