The Role

We are seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our depot team in London. As a Senior Campervan Rental Agent, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs;
  • Monitor and maintain the fleet, ensuring our campervans are in excellent condition;
  • Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;
  • Manage bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans for rental;
  • Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showcasing them to prospective buyers.

Requirements

  • You are a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You are fluent in English (mandatory);
  • You are eligible to work in the UK, have a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You are available to work weekends and national holidays;
  • You are a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;
  • You are well-organized and good at solving problems.
