We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Fleet Service team at our Kings Cross/ St Pancras branch. As a Check In Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and check-out of customers' car rentals
  • Complete handover paperwork with customers and ensure vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner
  • Inspect vehicles for damage when collected or returned and report any issues
  • Agree any damage caused by customers and ensure they sign the correct documents
  • Assist with refueling of our vehicles
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Prior experience within a driving role is an advantage but not essential
