About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process for the Queen Mary residential estate, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and debt collection. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with the central credit control team.
About You
We are seeking an experienced finance professional with a strong background in credit control and debt collection. A degree in a relevant field and/or a professional qualification such as ICM is essential. Key skills include attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills.
About the Section and Directorate
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer to deliver an excellent customer-focused service, providing financial guidance and support to students. This includes advising on payment plans and signposting to student support services.
