Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist to join our Home Based Treatment Team in Salford. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals with mental health difficulties.

Main Responsibilities

As an Assistant Psychologist, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of duties, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations. You will work under the supervision of our Clinical Psychologist and have access to our in-house rolling training programme to ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based interventions.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in psychology and experience working with individuals with mental health difficulties. You will have a Upper Second Class Degree and be eligible for graduate membership of the British Psychological Society. Postgraduate training in mental health is desirable, as is experience working under supervision.
