About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our busy team in Manchester. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be working with clients in the healthcare sector, advising on a wide range of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employment law matters, including advising on employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employment tribunal claims.
  • Work with clients to understand their employment law needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to work on major projects and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including HR professionals and senior managers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' PQE gained in a commercial law firm advising on respondent work.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a well-planned, logical, and commercial approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
