Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Safety Engineer to join our team at Matchtech Energy Careers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading safety design activities and managing resources on various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis, calculations, and engineering studies to produce high-quality technical safety deliverables in line with company standards and international codes.
  • Develop and implement safety-related deliverables, including loss prevention activities, risk analysis, HSE-related philosophies, reliability, availability, and maintainability studies, and HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL assessments.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure technical standards and production schedules are met, providing technical support and solutions for safety design requirements.
  • Review and approve documents and drawings produced by others according to departmental procedures, coordinating and managing discipline or multidisciplinary interfaces related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Participate in developing company standards and procedures, assisting with man-hour estimates and planning for proposals and projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge of safety design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in leading safety design activities and managing resources on complex projects.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
