Teaching Assistant for Visually Impaired Students

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support Department. As a Teaching Assistant for Visually Impaired Students, you will play a vital role in supporting students with visual impairments to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Work 1:1 with a visually impaired student, providing individualized support and adapting resources to meet their needs.
- Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating effectively and providing updates on student progress.
- Support other Learning Support Assistants in offering support to visually impaired students, promoting a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with visual impairments and has a desire to help them achieve their best. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding, with experience working with young people.
