Job Summary:

RSK Group is seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for completing and managing geotechnical projects from inception to completion, including desk studies, ground investigation phases, and the production of interpretive reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage geotechnical projects from cradle to grave, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Ground Investigation: Design, supervise, and manage ground investigation and construction works, including earthworks materials assessment and design.
  • Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews of desk study, ground investigation reports, and associated documents, as well as geotechnical design reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc degree level qualified in Geology, Engineering Geology, Civil Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Experience: Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong background in ground investigation and design.
  • Professional Development: Chartered Geologist, Scientist, or Engineer with a relevant professional body, or working towards chartership.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
