YOUR PROFILE
To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field, and hold membership in a relevant professional institution.
Experience in leading urban drainage projects is essential.
Successful candidates will showcase technical expertise across various urban drainage modelling tasks and have comprehensive knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and promoting professional development within the team. You will also assist in preparing bids and cost estimates in line with our project frameworks.
This role involves planning, scheduling, and coordinating urban drainage projects while ensuring adherence to delivery excellence, technical governance, and best practices.
Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for report writing, delivering presentations, and establishing industry connections.
The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management and development, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team while providing technical leadership in urban drainage with a strong client service focus.
