About the Role:

Zenith People LTD is seeking an experienced Housing Liaison Officer to join their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, consistent, and flexible service to tenants, including new tenancies and tenancy changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To be part of a team delivering a comprehensive service to tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is high.
  • Interviewing service users and dealing with general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To be responsible for a range of tenancy management duties, including managing and prioritizing own workload, and being a visible presence with residents on our estates.
  • Ensuring tenants are well cared for, neighbourhoods are clean and safe, and resident satisfaction is high.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid DBS check.
  • Have the ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to report, address, and escalate issues in a timely and effective manner.

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
