Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Equipment Operator to join our Blow Moulding Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of bottle supply machinery.

Contract Type:
Full Time
Salary:
Starting from £28,186 per annum
Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off - 2 days, 2 nights

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up bottle supply and de-bagging machinery.
- Accurately complete traceability documentation for bottle supply.
- Manage bottle and film waste, including reprocessing and baler operations.
- Follow machine operating protocols diligently.
- Enhance machine performance to minimize waste costs.
- Conduct supply line setups and changeovers to optimize uptime.
- Troubleshoot de-bagging issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve bottlenecks and basic problems.
- Adapt to shifting priorities based on customer needs.
- Perform all necessary machine safety inspections.
- Uphold hygiene and housekeeping standards, achieving Grade A self-audit status.
- Complete relevant documentation and log books for bottle supply.
- Report and record supply performance metrics.

Müller Responsibilities:
- Meet output targets as set by the shift manager.
- Operate all equipment safely while maintaining quality standards.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Undertake advanced site cleaning tasks as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with audits is preferred.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork capabilities.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
