About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for handling and processing purchase invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, and ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation of new Purchase Order system
  • Handle and process 100-150 multi-entity purchase invoices daily using data capture software
  • Regularly maintain and update supplier accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Oversee the accounts email inbox, resolving purchase ledger queries across various entities
  • Facilitate weekly and fortnightly payment runs by ensuring precise invoice processing
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations
  • Address and resolve site and supplier queries promptly
  • Support payment processes and bank reconciliations as required
  • Maintain and improve data capture software, proposing enhancements
  • Undertake additional ad hoc duties as needed
