Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist Biomedical Scientist to join our dedicated Haematology & Blood Transfusion team as a Training Lead. In this crucial role, you will play a vital part in developing and delivering training programs for biomedical scientists and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with current best practices and industry standards.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to diverse audiences, utilizing a variety of teaching methods.
- Assess training needs and identify areas for improvement within the department.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational objectives.
- Stay abreast of advancements in haematology & blood transfusion science and incorporate new knowledge into training materials.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Registered with the HCPC as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Extensive experience working in a Haematology & Blood Transfusion laboratory setting.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
