Head of Event Planning

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Event Planning to join our team at COREcruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will lead the team to ensure the seamless execution of a diverse array of events. You will collaborate with clients to create bespoke menus, manage a dedicated team, organise and coordinate all events logistics, and work closely with culinary staff to ensure top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the event planning team to deliver exceptional events
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements
  • Develop and implement event concepts and menus
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
  • Work closely with culinary staff to ensure top-quality service
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Creative and organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
