Head of Event Planning

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head of Event Planning to lead our team in delivering exceptional events in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to create bespoke menus, managing a dedicated team, and coordinating all event logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events
  • Collaborate with clients to create customized event experiences
  • Manage a team of event coordinators to ensure efficient event delivery
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Work closely with culinary staff to ensure top-quality service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Background of working within venues or catering
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Previous team management experience
  • Great work ethic and attention to detail
