Staff Nurse

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing development of our Children and Neonatal Hospital at Home Team.
Main DutiesThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and improving services for children and young people.

- Experience of maintaining accurate records
