The Smartlist is looking for a dedicated Sustainability Program Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the environmental impact and resource management strategies within our organization.

As the Sustainability Program Manager, you will be tasked with evaluating our current environmental footprint and identifying opportunities for enhancing sustainable practices. Your expertise will ensure compliance with both local and international environmental regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing strategies aimed at improving sustainability across the organization.
  • Preparing comprehensive proposals, budgets, and reports related to sustainability initiatives for review by executive leadership.
  • Establishing and enforcing organizational policies and practices that promote sustainability.
  • Conducting research on environmental sustainability challenges and proposing actionable solutions for consideration by senior management.
  • Creating methodologies to assess the effectiveness of sustainability programs.
  • Developing policies and procedures to monitor and evaluate the success of sustainability initiatives.
  • Implementing a sustainability program to ensure adherence to environmental regulations.
  • Generating sustainability reports, presentations, and employee guidance to foster compliance and drive change.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline, along with experience in environmental risk management and assurance. A proven track record in developing and executing sustainability strategies is essential.

A valid driving license is required for this position.
