Senior Programme Manager - AI Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of AI transformation projects, working closely with our clients in the i3 Resourcing Limited team.

This is a 6-month rolling contract, working on an inside IR35 basis, with a competitive daily rate.

About the Role
  • Lead the set-up of new programmes, defining clear objectives, scope, budget, and timeframe, ensuring maximum efficiency in resource allocation and skills utilisation.
  • Leverage expertise in AI/Gen AI and data analytics to deliver AI transformation projects, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with Executive Sponsors, Business Sponsors, Project Portfolio Manager, and IT stakeholders to manage and deliver strategic programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage programme budgets and timing, overseeing third-party contributions and managing risks, proposing mitigating plans as needed.
  • Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Sponsors to manage communications and change management with stakeholders across departments, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Produce regular reporting for sponsors, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Technical Requirements
  • Extensive experience delivering complex projects, including major programmes of work, with a proven track record in delivering AI/Gen AI operational and transformation projects.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects alongside leading cross-functional project teams, with strong vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MSP, PRINCE2, SDLC, Agile, and Lloyd's market, with strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Sharepoint, and PowerBI.
