Join STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD in taking the next step forward in your insurance career. As a Commercial Insurance Account Executive, you will be part of a leading UK broking group, leveraging your commercial insurance experience to drive growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and utilizing data for business development, working with a large range of premiums upwards of £5,000
  • Manage existing client relationships, fostering strong partnerships and driving revenue growth
  • Meet and exceed a realistic annual new business income target, demonstrating your ability to drive results
  • Collaborate with an experienced team, benefiting from a structured training programme, including mentorship, to enhance your skills and knowledge

We're Looking for:

  • Experience in commercial insurance, with a proven track record as an Account Executive
  • Existing client relationships that could be ported, providing a head start in your new role
  • Cert CII qualified, although not essential, would be advantageous in your career development
  • A full UK driving licence for attending off-site client meetings, ensuring you can build strong relationships
