Role Overview
Join our dynamic team at Booker Group, where we operate a comprehensive logistics network dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our esteemed clients. This position is integral to our warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to consistently meet and exceed operational targets.
- Utilize voice technology to efficiently unload deliveries, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Operate powered pallet trucks to manage product handling, ensuring safe stacking and wrapping for seamless order assembly.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, including the proper use of safety equipment and maintaining clear emergency routes.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Foster positive interdepartmental relationships while remaining adaptable to various tasks as needed.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all operational processes.
Candidate Requirements
Candidates should possess basic numeracy and literacy skills and demonstrate strong teamwork abilities. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Food Hygiene practices are advantageous but not mandatory.
