Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, families, and visitors with professionalism. Proficiency in IT is essential, and familiarity with healthcare management systems would be advantageous; however, comprehensive training will be provided. This position is part-time, requiring flexibility to accommodate the specified weekly working patterns.

Working Hours

- Monday: 9am-3pm

- Tuesday: 7am-1pm

- Wednesday: 12pm-6pm

- Friday: 1pm-6pm

Key Responsibilities

You will provide a professional and courteous front-of-house service for all staff and visitors utilizing the facilities at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals, consistently acting in a respectful and professional manner. You will respond to inquiries promptly and efficiently through various communication methods, ensuring adherence to Trust Customer Service standards. It is crucial that the information provided is accurate and meets Trust standards for information delivery.

Given the diverse range of activities undertaken by the Trust, responsibilities will be shared among team members. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, as is a flexible approach to both duties and working hours.
