About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Pepper Advantage. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will play a critical role in managing repossession sales, accounts in receivership, and other complex mortgage matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage repossession sales and accounts in receivership, working closely with customers, solicitors, asset managers, valuers, receivers, and colleagues to deliver successful solutions.
  • Contribute to the development, provision, and maintenance of a high-quality property asset management function, working on repossessions and receivership cases.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with third-party suppliers, including asset managers, solicitors, and insurers.
  • Assist the Property Services Manager with general administration matters and provide support to new starters and colleagues within the team.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within the property industry.
  • Good foundation and understanding of the life cycle of residential mortgages.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on the business.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
