Commercial Manager

Londinium Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a crucial role in the procurement and delivery of the group's development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the internal development managers and finance team to ensure build costs are being controlled within budget.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the relevant departments to manage and control the build process.
  • Review and report on monthly build costs and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Undertake monthly interim valuations and provide internal cost reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with the investment team and internal development team to deliver projects within budget and parameters.
