About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insight Analyst to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will play a key role in providing business recommendations and improvements, as well as providing insights into data patterns and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business recommendations and improvements based on data analysis
  • Provide insights into data patterns and trends to inform business decisions
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Work closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure supporting analysis of market trends is achieved
  • Mentor junior analysts and guide them on development and progression
  • Ensure compliance with governance and data regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent efficiency with SQL
  • Ability to understand complex data sets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of supporting junior members
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Power Bi experience
