Senior Insight Analyst

Are you a data expert looking to drive business growth and understanding? We're seeking a Senior Insight Analyst to join our innovative data team and play a key role in driving analysis and reporting that supports our business in understanding customer interaction across all channels.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading energy firm that's committed to supporting homes and businesses across the UK transition to net zero. As a Senior Insight Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex data sets and visualisations using SQL and Power BI
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence. If you're passionate about data and have a can-do attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data sets and visualisations using SQL and Power BI
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise

Requirements:

  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with Power BI or Qlik
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
