Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dispensing Assistant to join our team. As a Dispensing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to medical queries in a sensitive and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high-quality patient care and service.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Completed an accredited NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) Dispensing Assistant training course.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Good level of IT literacy and numeracy.
  • A warm, friendly, and professional attitude towards customers.
