Job Overview

Lighthouse Green Fuels, a subsidiary of Alfanar Energy UK, is embarking on a pioneering Advanced Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project in Europe, leveraging cutting-edge technology and securing a £1 investment. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we accelerate project development and the UK Government implements legislation mandating SAF usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various projects, including installations and modifications, with a focus on controls and instrumentation.
  • Oversee planning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and OEM suppliers, including work permit management and risk assessments.
  • Analyze data to compile comprehensive engineering reports.
  • Optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce engineering downtime.
  • Provide support for shutdowns, both planned and unplanned.

Requirements

  • HNC/HND or Degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in the Industrial Plant/Process Industry.
  • Proficiency in Full Industrial Process Control Instrumentation Systems, including Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperature.
  • Experience working with Delta V, Modbus, CIO, Charms.SIS, and other relevant systems.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance systems, such as SAP and MAXIMO.
  • Commissioning experience on large-scale industrial plants.
