About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including managing a team of staff, implementing strategies to increase revenue, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hotel Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and improving existing processes.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales and marketing initiatives, working closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Training and Development: Create and implement a training and development program for the team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Hotel Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Fine Dining Experience: Fine dining experience is a must, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
