We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Data Engineer to join our team at Harnham. As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and building a streaming platform to support our AI products.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing and ambitious organisation that specialises in building AI products to assist customers. You will be working cross-functionally with Data and Software Engineers to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement real-time data pipelines using cloud environments
  • Mentor junior data and software engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed
  • Develop and own the roadmap for the streaming platform, working closely with the team to achieve this goal
  • Collaborate with the team to develop the streaming platform to support our AI products
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments and experience with cloud-based data pipelines
  • Excellent Python skills and experience with Airflow to orchestrate pipelines
  • Experience with streaming technologies to implement real-time data
