About the Role

Arcadis is a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions. We're seeking a talented Graduate Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on various projects across railway, highway, and defence sectors, delivering a whole system led approach.
  • Apply engineering knowledge and management skills to ensure integrated system or project delivery.
  • Understand customer and stakeholder needs, and manage project requirements and interfaces.
Requirements
  • Graduating in 2025 or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills, including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
