Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Perfectstormsw. As a key member of our Quality Engineering department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems and processes aligned with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to quality management and compliance.
  • Participate in the deployment of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience, with a green belt certification preferred.
