About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our Gallery Services team at Castle Fine Art. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Regional Directors within their region, providing timely and accurate support to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with Regional Directors to deliver company guidelines on gallery curation and display, ensuring consistency and excellence across all galleries.
- Proactively support sales via a central location, actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities on an area and one-to-one basis.
- Make primary decisions on ordering and placement of artwork with regional galleries, utilizing product knowledge and sales data to drive business growth.
- Provide sales enquiry support nationally, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Head of Gallery Services to provide regular sales summaries and forward planning, driving business growth and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support artist launches and national events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a high level of awareness and ability to react well to urgent requests without compromising on accuracy.
- Recommend process improvements and liaise with other departments as required to determine solutions and meet gallery needs.
Requirements
