About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Clearwell Mobility. As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers on a wide range of mobility equipment and stairlifts.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair equipment, with a focus on first-time fix rates.
  • Work collaboratively with installation teams to ensure seamless delivery of stairlifts and ramping services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of DC electrical circuits and simple testing procedures.
  • Valid UK driving license and a clean DBS record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
