We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional marketing strategies that align with our national objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with our national marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
- Manage regional PR and communications, including external communications, photography, and social media.
- Oversee the regional awards schedule and ensure timely submission of entries.
- Work closely with our Business Development team to manage local events and generate valuable data insights.
- Champion the use of D365 and ensure effective use of the CRM system.
- Manage regional budgets and external events, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and the ability to align with national objectives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in D365 or similar CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative content creation skills, including writing and visual content.
- Experience in managing budgets and external events.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
