Regional Sales Manager

At Royal Caribbean Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the trade.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Minimum 18 months sales experience in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
