Domestic Appliance Repair Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, a leading provider of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances, primarily focusing on Hisense branded products.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector, with up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers. You will be a good communicator with a can-do attitude, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a passion for repairing domestic appliances first time.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £26,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on skill set and experience, with wage increases based on performance. You will also receive a bonus scheme, pre-planned routes, and drive time, as well as intime daily parts delivery to a designated parts collection point local to your location.
Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE, all supplied. You will also receive a company pension scheme, private van use (optional), 30 days annual holiday allowance, and excellent opportunities for progression and promotion within our business.
We operate a City and Guilds Assured Training scheme, providing product upskilling and enabling you to expand your skill set. You will also have access to specialised manufacturer training, planning team support, pre-ordering software, and field and office-based support.
