Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced field-based domestic appliance engineer to join our team, providing tools and support to win and succeed. As a field engineer, you will use your expertise and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues, focusing primarily on Hisense branded products.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Use pre-ordering software to manage jobs and parts
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector
  • Up-to-date working knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
