Contract Manager - Commercial Maintenance

Established building maintenance contractor seeks a skilled Contract Manager to oversee multi-site contracts in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client satisfaction levels are consistently high, leading to contract growth and increased portfolio responsibilities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of contracts and ensure contractual levels are obtained and superseded.
  • Meet contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs and attend strategic meetings with clients.
  • Lead and manage site teams as necessary, ensuring successful completion of reactive and PPM works orders.

Requirements:

  • Recognised apprenticeship and electrical or mechanical qualification (e.g. C&G, HNC/HND).
  • Proven experience in managing mobile businesses and strong team leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to quality and professionalism.
