Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Stress Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our structural analysis team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our aircraft components. Your expertise in stress analysis, finite element methods, and heat transfer will be instrumental in driving our performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead structural analysis and stress engineering efforts for aircraft components
  • Develop and implement finite element models to analyze stress and thermal loads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize aircraft components
  • Conduct hand calculations and finite element analysis to ensure component integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in stress analysis and finite element methods

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering with emphasis on solid mechanics and stress analysis
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural/stress analysis, preferably in the Aerospace industry
  • Strong technical leadership skills and experience in hand calculations and finite element analysis
  • Experience with ANSYS and other finite element software
  • Desirable experience in heat exchangers, aero-engines, and automotive applications
