Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute menus that showcase traditional flavors with modern twists, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Lead a team of 6 chefs, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve exceptional results.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate records to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new ideas, ensuring alignment with the hotel's culinary vision.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Ability to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain accurate records.
- Proven track record of achieving exceptional standards of quality and hygiene.
