About the Role:
As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for attending scheduled house calls, providing support with daily living tasks, and promoting social activities. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with light domestic cleaning and meal preparation
- Support clients with medication administration and other daily tasks

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care. While experience in health and social care is preferred, we provide an excellent induction and onboarding program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
