Protocol National Limited is collaborating with several Further Education Institutions in London to find skilled Construction Education Specialists to engage with learners across various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and evaluate students effectively.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction sector.
  • Design and implement training sessions, including Health & Safety and CSCS Card preparation.
  • Conduct educational sessions in accordance with established programs and timelines.
  • Utilize appropriate teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learner needs.
  • Offer consistent feedback to students regarding their progress.
  • Prepare and organize learning activities with defined objectives.
  • Monitor and manage student attendance efficiently.
  • Provide necessary support and resources to learners.
  • Generate regular reports on student performance and quality of education.
  • Collaborate with fellow training staff as needed.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.
  • Participate in departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes, including assessment and internal verification of student work.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Ability to educate and inspire adult learners.
