About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Site Agent to join our team at Protecnium. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of MEP projects, aligning with client objectives and maintaining high standards in health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Performance: Maximize the commercial performance of the contract by ensuring cost efficiency and value engineering.
  • Project Delivery: Take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, including compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Project Planning: Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans and management procedures.
  • Site Management: Manage and coordinate site resources, including procurement and supplier relationships.
  • Client Interface: Act as the interface with clients and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Site Records: Maintain accurate and detailed site records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate monthly reports for both clients and internal use.
  • Site Meetings: Chair weekly site meetings in line with company procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or master's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (other engineering degrees will be considered).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience at management engineering level in construction, particularly in MEP packages and/or utilities.
  • Certifications: CSCS Card Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person.
  • Commercial Knowledge: Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
  • People Management: Excellent people management skills and experience managing subcontractors.
  • Communication: Advanced communication skills for managing stakeholder relationships.
  • MEP Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of MEP technology and construction site management.
