Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Engineer to join our team at Birchwood Park. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality contract management services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive estimates for reimbursable and TCIF contracts.
- Ensure that estimates meet the scope of work stated within the Task Order Request, Employee Instruction, PICD or Change Event.
- Manage and track the performance of TCIF Contracts.
- Prepare and update Purchase Orders for our supply chain.
- Review and approve payment of supply chain invoices.
- Collaborate with the SL; PM, SPEM, PEM, Planners, Cost Engineers, discipline RE's and discipline engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
- Familiarity with NEC3 contracts and CEMAR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
