About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our Project Delivery Team as a Data Centre Specialist. This role will involve working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a wide range of services, supporting our clients' business needs in the most cost-effective and customer-satisfying manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of records for scanning and archiving
  • Scanning of records into Iris Powerscan
  • Quality checking of records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Identification and management of historic records, resulting in refined local processes and management of records to offsite storage
  • Support with ad-hoc demands of the Sellafield Information and Records Management Team
Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across several teams
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritizing responsibilities to meet targets
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, agile thinking in a demanding environment
  • Ability to build and develop successful long-term relationships with customers, other teams, and departments within Iron Mountain
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
Desirable Qualifications
  • SC Clearance
  • P4 Pass
  • Previous experience of the Sellafield Site
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
