About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil and Structural Engineer to join our team at OBM People. As a key member of our consultancy division, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering services and contributing to the successful completion of specified engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver minor modifications and projects, adhering to the highest standards, legal requirements, and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project control processes, including baseline schedules, discipline performance metrics, and budget management.
  • Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from PreFEED to EPC phases, in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and power generation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or a Higher BTEC qualification.
  • Proven experience in engineering design, particularly in the delivery of minor modifications and support for projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with project control processes and ability to manage budgets and scope changes.
